Through personal experience and working with others, I have come to believe that so much more could be accomplished in a compressed amount of time.
Therapy lacks urgency, high expectation and rarely applies all out pressure in a concerted way. Therapy is void of combining aerobic exercise and accomplishment as a partner in improving.
Mindfulness is not known to all therapist, and some may not even practice this skill before they use it. It is new to them not taught in school but a recent addition from the east.
PTSD can be crushed with an attack with pin point, tip of the spear aim at thoughts, riding the Breathing Track urgently applying our focus to thoughts.
Self talk also is spearheaded to change our negative brain axis to positive to fine tune our self worth. Line up the critical tools for healing and urgently apply them with every breath.
Tunnel vision, applying our tools exactly like this picture, exerting all out effort with pinpoint accuracy is needed.

I know with my last therapist aerobic exercise wasn’t even mentioned, and I can tell you its mandatory, even when I don’t feel like it… It definitely releases many chemicals, clears my mind in a way. I try to do 30minutes or more a day, 6 days a week.
