Shaila Catherine again from Wisdom, Wide and Deep; If the tendency to wander off into thought is a strong pattern, don’t wait for your formal daily meditation. Interrupt the habit as you are driving to work, cooking dinner, reaching for the telephone, walking to the toilet, or exercising at the gym. Many times every day, notice what your attention is preoccupied by and repeatedly bring it back to the present awareness.
Simple things, like bringing awareness to life starts the healing process. Practice with every breath, every thought. Simple, stop thinking and exert all you have, that is where, you will find peace.

This is exactly what I needed today. I have been getting caught up in my thoughts, future worries. Just be present,no judgements, reactions is what I need to remind myself. This is a new habit I am teaching myself, and I need to not be obsessed with results or how quickly I am progressing; I will just keep practicing.

Resist judging how your doing, leave good, bad, success failure alone. We are applying extreme pressure upon our disorder daily, period.
That is the way to heal, resist punishing, admonishing or feeling anyway but being present and healing.

Let feelings, emotions, thoughts, guilt fear shame flow on through.
If you do not work and try how will you ever know?

Wow – I feel a lot better than I did in December.:) This does take due diligence, just like any learned habit. But it is not overwhelming or impossible…
