Art is one of my powerful coping skills and one of my loves. As part of my journey into wellness, I have been working on a healing art journal.
We heal by not thinking or dealing with our trauma thoughts. We heal by learning to navigate life by directing attention to stillness while sitting, then applying it to normal life.. That is an observer role if thoughts appear.
