Does your Brain seem like it’s a cluttered mess? Are thoughts accumulated to the point of exhaustion and collapse?

It is time to clear the debris.  If you’ve tried before and ended up frustrated, don’t worry. Sometimes a little support or help is needed.

You can adjust and try again.  This is a new effort – more directed.

You now have tools to help. Trying comes from within and is motivated by a burning desire to heal. It is fine to try again and exert your willpower to gain your freedom.  Be easy and complimentary to yourself.

Kindness, understanding and permission to be human for a couple of months could not hurt, could it? No guilt, shame or sorrow, just be here and try.  The rest will happen on its own.
