Direction

Is your path headed in the right direction? I found out that PTSD does not change quickly or easily for me. Checking for progress worked out much better over 3 or 4 month periods. Changes are subtle and hard to notice at first. My progress also went quicker when I left all goals or expectations out of the situation.
Many people are on a circular path of re traumatizing themselves with their own thoughts and actions. Many share and discuss their trauma which leads to that merry-go-round of more and more serious symptoms.
Why shovel more trauma on the pile you have to clear away already?
